Outside drinking series(2022)
This is what is called a melon-type wine.
The first taste is strong, but the aftertaste is not long.
Sourness and sweetness with a hint of sake.
The sake taste is not weak.
It is not sweet, but I think it is a good combination of sweetness and sourness.
The aftertaste is refreshing. It seems to go well with meals.
Sake in the 1,200 yen range
Not too sweet fruity raw sake
Recommended for beginners
It has no habit and you can drink it with a bang.
Completely hit ❗️.
The only sake brewery in Kakogawa City. Purchased at Asano Sake Shop when they were having a Morinori Fair.
I wish they would clarify whether it is Morinori or Kinshi-Morinori.
It is quite sweet and tropical in flavor, but basically has a delicious rice flavor. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki rice, which is not considered to be of the highest quality. I heard it is recommended to drink on the rocks or with soda, so I might give it a try.
It tastes better with soda!
I see!!! They are usually generally the same 😊Thanks for the info 🙏 Have you been to the relocated store? My husband said it feels more spacious in Osaka. I know it's supposed to be bigger 🤔.
The account of the Sannomiya store mentioned that both Kyoto and Sannomiya have a narrow frontage but Kyoto has a wider back 😊I was going to stop by the other day on my way to Takimoto but I forgot to do so because I went to Shima Sake Shop 😅.
The strong ginjo aroma and sweetness come quickly.
The umami comes slowly.
The rice flavor is also present.
It wears off quickly, but there is a lingering aftertaste that says, "Didn't we have sweetness and umami just now?
The third bottle is Gozo Ittada.
This is my third bottle of Gozo Ittada, and so far I have not missed anything.
Clear and colorless. The aroma is reminiscent of rum. The aroma is weak. Juicy mouthfeel. Pleasant acidity. The taste is not heavy and the astringency is moderate. A short aftertaste that leaves only a gentle sweetness. Sake with a pleasant aroma.
