HYOGO SAKE EXPO 202321
Okada Honke "Morinori", Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture
Founded in 1874.
The company uses 100% Hyogo rice and water from the Kakogawa River.
Okada Honke did not have a booth for a single product at Morinori, but had a booth where about six breweries gathered to taste and sell their products as a ring series.
Morinori Tamaki Junmai Ginjo Nama Hashiroshi
It has a light acidity and a spicy flavor. It has a light acidity and a dry, umami flavor with a hint of honey.
I had had a Morinori's Namo Hashiro before and it gave me the impression of white wine, but I think it was the same 🤔.
