I heard that the president of Sohyo is a graduate of Todai. He said he was asked by an alumnus of the rowing club to start up the brand.
The color is the University of Tokyo's color. This color seems to be the University of Tokyo's color.
The taste...the first hint of aroma is characteristic 😳
It has a grain-like flavor, almost no sweetness, but if I had to say, I would say burnt cotton candy 😋 You can taste that flavor for a while. A little dry.
