Hokkaido Ginpu🌾.
Slightly mellow mouthfeel.
A type with a strong sweetness. Is this the Ginfu-like sweetness ❓
The sweetness is well hidden behind the rice flavor 😙.
I was wary of the name Higuma, but it was softer than I expected 🤗.
Made with 100% Kitashizuku, Hokkaido's preferred rice for sake brewing. It has a ginjo aroma and a sticky, viscous but not heavy aftertaste. Ideal as a food sake.
Sake rice is Ginpu. Slightly dry. Slightly dry, with rice umami and acidity.
The label seems to have changed since the new brewing building was built last year.
Purchased at a supermarket in Hokkaido.
Chosen because it is a unique local sake.
The rice is only grown in Hokkaido.
The taste is distinctly sweet with a strong aroma.
I looked it up to review it, but there was almost no information about it on the Internet.
A lot of local sake is on the menu.
This time we had Tantozuru by Chitotsuru.
The hokke at this restaurant is delicious.
The name of the restaurant is Danmaya Suisan Sapporo Kitaguchi!
I hope everyone at Hokkaido University can go there as often as they want.

The taste of koji is strong.
It has a nostalgic sake taste.
It has little stimulation and is refreshing.
The aftertaste is colored by the sweetness of the rice.
-Thank you.
Finally, the typhoon has passed
It's still hot in the daytime
September is here, so we opened a bottle of autumn sake right away!
It has more sweetness and acidity than summer sake.
Rolling on the tongue and tasting it, I felt it was too good to swallow
I feel like it's too good to swallow.
A mellow taste that pleases the body.
Well balanced and easy to drink
Above all, this sake
The cost performance is very good!
