The third brewery on the Takayama Sake Brewery Tour. Harada Sake Brewery. After tasting two kinds of sake, we found the jar in the photo. It is a sake that is completely limited to the brewery? I knew I had to try it, so I ordered a glass. I could certainly smell the aroma. It was my favorite sake out of all the ones we drank during our sake brewery tour. My partner ordered a Daiginjo soft ice cream, but it didn't seem to have much sake flavor.

Sake opened at a guest house on a family vacation. My mother tasted and bought it in Takayama where we stopped during the day. She chose a dry sake, as expected. It was delicious. I always want to have fun on my trips, but I always end up feeling tired because I have to take care of so many things. But it was fun! Let's go again! I'll never learn! ** ........

I just had to buy it because of the nice spring-like label. The sake is said to be brewed slowly with "Hidahomare" rice, which is suitable for sake brewing, and "Sakura Hana Yeast," a natural yeast isolated and cultivated from cherry blossoms. It has a gorgeous aroma, a pleasant feeling on the nose, and a refreshing aftertaste that makes it easy to drink. It is a spring-like sake with a good balance of sweetness and acidity and a soft flavor. It is delicious! 3.8 ★★★★☆☆☆ stars
