Soma no Tengu Junmai Ginjo Mild Nigori
There is almost no nigori, and the aroma is fruity and thick with lactic acid bacteria.
It has a slightly spicy taste, but the light nigori gives it a fruity flavor. It is bitter and spicy, but has little acidity, which I personally prefer.
I think this aroma is unique, and it is different for each person's taste.
The nigori is also spicier and tastes more delicious.
