The fluffy sweet floral aroma is mixed with a refreshing fresh acidity, followed by a bitter taste.
What makes it different from wine is that the aroma is subdued, but the sweetness of the rice spreads.
Costa's best!
It has a clean mouthfeel and sweet aroma, a fluffy sweet hit and aroma typical of sake that spreads, followed by a crisp, dry hit.
It is mellower (no bitterness) when not cold.
Personally, I think I prefer the aroma of Sake Mirai.
