I found the back-up Reaper. I knew I was drinking it at one of the pubs in Sapporo in 2018. It's such an impactful brand! Everyone at the Tohoku off-line meeting drank Reishin and said it had a great impact on them! They posted on Facebook that they drank a little bit of Urashigami! Let's try it again sometime when we find it! Skepticism It is named "Ura-Kishin", but it is made completely differently from "Reishin". This sake will be a legitimate Junmai Daiginjo Sameshake made by a brewery that has won the Gold Award for 6 consecutive years. It is an excellent product with elegant and clean acidity and umami.

Compare with Urashigami (Junmai Daiginjo, Yamadanishiki) and S.tokyo (Junmai Ginjo). It has a sticky aroma like honey. Despite the aroma, the taste is not overpowering. It has a sweetness that is not unpleasant to drink. It tastes completely different from Sakanishiki. I am only surprised at the god of death.

The taste is strong, so if you're drinking a sappy sake with multiple brands, if you drink the Ura-Death first, your mouth may be taken over by the Reaper and you won't know what to taste next. A dry Daiginjo that is completely different from the regular Shinigami The regular Shinigami is a Junmai Daiginjo, while this one is a Junmai Daiginjo. You can smell the freshness of rice and the fruity aroma of a Daiginjo, which is typical of a raw sake, but the aroma is modest in volume In the mouth, the aroma is discreet, but the sweetness is almost nonexistent, and the attack and acidity of the raw sake cut through the aftertaste. It's a Daiginjo, so the taste is very delicate and beautiful, but the core is firm, which is something you would expect from a regular Shinigami.

Urakishin Sakanishiki Version Nakagomi SP It's the highest grade of the Reaper series ✨ I liked it too much to get excited about it, lol. It tastes like a rich, syrupy sweetness 🎵. This one hardly needs any snacks, lol.
