Simply insanely delicious. Dry on the high road. The aroma is subdued, but the sweetness of the rice is strong. It doesn't stay on the tongue, but you can feel the sweetness and mellow taste, and it goes well with sashimi and nameko mushrooms. Personally, I prefer a darker flavor when it comes to boiled fish, but it seems to be popular with everyone.
It is made completely differently from "Shinigami", and is said to be a junmai daiginjo sameshu.

It seems to have a high alcohol content because it is called "Sameshu.
But it doesn't smell like alcohol, and it's got a good weight to it, with a nice crispness to it. There is a tingling afterwards.

It is named "Ura-Kishin", but it is made completely differently from "Reishin". This sake will be a legitimate Junmai Daiginjo Sameshake made by a brewery that has won the Gold Award for 6 consecutive years. It is an excellent product with elegant and clean acidity and umami.

A dry Daiginjo that is completely different from the regular Shinigami
The regular Shinigami is a Junmai Daiginjo, while this one is a Junmai Daiginjo.
You can smell the freshness of rice and the fruity aroma of a Daiginjo, which is typical of a raw sake, but the aroma is modest in volume
In the mouth, the aroma is discreet, but the sweetness is almost nonexistent, and the attack and acidity of the raw sake cut through the aftertaste.
It's a Daiginjo, so the taste is very delicate and beautiful, but the core is firm, which is something you would expect from a regular Shinigami.
