Hot sake. The aroma is strong and mellow, with a robust taste. It has a strong aftertaste and is easy to understand and delicious! Sake that is easy to say "Delicious!

Simply insanely delicious. Dry on the high road. The aroma is subdued, but the sweetness of the rice is strong. It doesn't stay on the tongue, but you can feel the sweetness and mellow taste, and it goes well with sashimi and nameko mushrooms. Personally, I prefer a darker flavor when it comes to boiled fish, but it seems to be popular with everyone.
