Compared to Shinigami, the color is almost transparent.
Let's drink it,

The taste is totally different.
It has a strong umami and acidity, and is what we call a modern sake.
I feel that the ideal sake would be "Ura Shinigami" before eating and "Shinigami" during eating.
I would like to buy this sake if I see it again.

Ura Shinigami is the opposite concept of Shinigami.
The taste is no longer the exact opposite, with a clean mouthfeel and a sour taste.
I had an image of Gohyakumangoku, but this is a Daiginjo spec of Yamadanishiki.
Not so much dry as lingering.
I enjoyed it in a variety of ways, including warming it up, and they were all very flavorful and delicious sakes.

Candy feeling❗️Slowly sweet^ ^^^ then gradually sourness and bitterness comes into play. Grapefruit-like 🍊
A very pleasant sake with a refreshing aroma coming through the nose ^ ^.
