Congratulations to Okinawa Shogaku for winning the championship.
I am looking forward to next year's draft.
Today we will have the Urare Shinigami: ☠️
This is the first Reaper at home. The font feeling is amazing, isn't it?
The aroma is delicious vanilla and fruity grape. On the palate, there is deliciousness and sweet acidity, and the spiciness disappears after a while. Overall, it is well-balanced. It is delicious with sushi. It is the best match for oily sashimi. Delicious✨
It's a straight-up sake! It has a strong flavor that is good!
Also, I have actually visited the factory, and it's nice to see how much they care about handmade products 😋.
Runta Nice to meet you. I have had Reaper before, but this is the first time I have seen it. I wonder if the Reaper has been turned inside out to make it easier to drink?
Photo left.
Sweet alcohol. From the name, I thought it would have great quirks, but it is very sake-like and easy to drink. It has a full-bodied flavor.
9 points (wife: 8.5 points)
Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: Gohyakumangoku
Rice polishing ratio: less than 50
Acidity: 1.6
Yeast used: Shimane University HA11
Alcohol percentage:17
Store where purchased: After all is said and done, Waface (Sapporo, Toyohira-ku, Sapporo)
Slightly ripe pineapple-like sweetness on the top palate
The same fruity aroma as the top shelf, the full sweetness and rice flavor spreads with a light lactic acidity, and the slight bitterness and spiciness of the alcohol makes it finish quickly and smoothly.
The aroma is fruity, the sweetness and the umami of the rice are both strong, but the slight bitterness and the dryness of the alcohol in the latter half bring them together nicely, so it goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own.
It goes well with sashimi and chicken tataki.
Hi Masaaki Sapporo, Good evening.
This is a delicious review that you can't imagine from the impactful name ✨.
And the food looks delicious too 🤤.
I would very much like to drink it😊.
Good evening, ma-ki 😃How are you doing since then 👀? It was a modern, easy-drinking sake in the opposite direction compared to the Shinigami I had before 😋.

Lingering Strong alcohol aftertaste with rice sweetness
Impression Dry and fruity
Fruity sweetness with a sense of freshness comes on the attack, followed by a strong alcoholic kick. Fruity, but a little heavy with banana and rice.
The acidity also makes it not feel that sweet.
A bottle of spicy and tasty
I was originally going to buy the Oomote no Shinshin, but the liquor store owner recommended the Uraku no Shinshin.
The aroma is subdued, but it certainly has a peculiar taste, almost like an old sake.
Personally, I liked it so much that I would like to try the front side.
Sake from Shimane.
Following Suitama, a front-to-back drinking comparison.
The front side has an aged taste, while the back side is unpasteurized! Naturally, I prefer this one, but both have their own flavor when drunk at the same time. It was a better learning experience than drinking them individually.
