Reaper and Ura-Reaper. The clear one on the right with the inverted label is the Ura Shinigami. The Urashin is a Junmai Daiginjo, which gives it a clearer and more refreshing taste, and it is surprisingly dry and tasty in a royal style, without any peculiarities. The Ura-Shinjin is more peculiar, and I think it is for a different taste group.

Drinking Comparison No. 2. This time, Sake from a neighboring prefecture. The name is scary, Does it taste scary too? Compared to Shinigami, the color is almost transparent. Let's drink it, Whoa, The taste is totally different. It has a strong umami and acidity, and is what we call a modern sake. I feel that the ideal sake would be "Ura Shinigami" before eating and "Shinigami" during eating. I would like to buy this sake if I see it again.
