Merry Christmas Eve❗️(although it's too late. lol) I dare to choose this one bottle for the holy night. I bought this one on the recommendation of a liquor store I went to for the first time. This was my first drink and it's a rich, delicious, dry taste with clean acidity. The taste is strong, so if you're drinking a sappy sake with multiple brands, if you drink the Ura-Death first, your mouth may be taken over by the Reaper and you won't know what to taste next. If you like it strong, this is for you!

A dry Daiginjo that is completely different from the regular Shinigami The regular Shinigami is a Junmai Daiginjo, while this one is a Junmai Daiginjo. You can smell the freshness of rice and the fruity aroma of a Daiginjo, which is typical of a raw sake, but the aroma is modest in volume In the mouth, the aroma is discreet, but the sweetness is almost nonexistent, and the attack and acidity of the raw sake cut through the aftertaste. It's a Daiginjo, so the taste is very delicate and beautiful, but the core is firm, which is something you would expect from a regular Shinigami.

Urakishin Sakanishiki Version Nakagomi SP It's the highest grade of the Reaper series ✨ I liked it too much to get excited about it, lol. It tastes like a rich, syrupy sweetness 🎵. This one hardly needs any snacks, lol.

純米大吟醸としては、香りは比較的穏やかめ。含み口は山田錦の良い甘さを感じられ、次に米の旨みが広がり、余韻も上々ではあるがベタベタとしつこくなく、キュッと上手に締まる。一般的には、白身魚のような淡白系の刺身や、塩でいただく天麩羅などに合わせやすい気がするが...個人的には、ジャーマンポテトサラダが食べたくなった。また、贅沢過ぎる飲み方かもしれないが...澄まし汁のような出汁割りで飲むのもアリだと思います。
