The initial aroma is faintly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness and umami flavor.
Compared to the junmai ginjos I've had from Sakuta, this one is very elegant.
It is not like Sakuta 🤔.
I would like a little more richness. りえのすWe visited the brewery in Shichinohe Town and purchased it.
It is fruity, but not too sweet and has a refreshing aftertaste. I can drink it with gusto.
Water from the Hakkouda mountains is the best.
I heard that the number of winemakers is decreasing.
I want to support them by drinking it! のすくんNot too sweet, not too spicy, this is Junmai Ginjo. 80 points! They are running low on sake bottles because of the Corona. I would like to help them out because it is such a good sake! おっClean and crisp. Delicious! The balance of sweet aroma and subtle sourness! You will surely want to drink it when you remember it.

@LITTLE SAKE SQUARE Kinshicho メキシコテキーラThis Sakuta is a sake from Shichinohe. We paired this refreshing junmai ginjo with Aomori's fried garlic. まつちよThe fourth drink at the Aomori Sake Fair was Sakuta.
The first aroma is mildly sweet.
In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness and richness of rice.
Sakuta has a good balance of richness and sharpness.
Delicious 🍶. まつちよThis sake is from the town of Shichinohe, Aomori Prefecture.
Here, the special junmai is called "Sakuta" and the junmai ginjo is called "Sakuta" and the name seems to change.
The initial aroma is mildly sweet.
In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness and richness of rice.
The overtone aroma also has a sweet aroma of rice.
I don't think it has the sharpness that is typical of Aomori like the special junmai I drank before.
It was delicious in its own way, though. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
