As the name Silk suggests, this is a pure white nigori sake. The aroma is not very strong. It has no peculiarities, and the impression is that it glides down the palate. Nevertheless, it has a strong rice flavor and a mouthfeel that caresses the tongue, as only nigori-shu can, and leaves a relatively firm aftertaste.
