Matsuoka Brewery is located in Ogawa-cho, Hiki-gun. The president of the company was visiting a liquor store in Hyogo Prefecture for a tasting on the same day, 6/14, and was not present here.

Too cold, it's too clear and sharp, with a sense that the umami is lost.
The president will be replaced in 2024 and Sho Matsuoka will take over as the seventh generation. Toyoake's brewer and Teisho's 7th president are close in age and seem to be good friends since they were classmates at the brewing experiment station.
They have a strong image of dry sake, but recently they have been making a new fresh juicy type, and they said that they arrive at the same place because of their Teimatsu style, for better or worse.
