It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

A week ago, I got this Naozane from Kumagaya at the Saitama Prefecture product exhibition in Omiya Station. It is freshly brewed sake. It is smooth, glossy, and has a glimpse of sweetness, but it is calm and crisp. Cucumber and deep-fried zucchini. Deep-fried potato with butter 🥔. pickled cucumber🥒. chilled tomato 🍅. Below right is Saibok Ham's croquette. It is going to be a hot July with the start of the high school baseball summer tournaments. Thank goodness we now have virtual high school baseball, where we can watch all the games live from all over the country.

The brand that won the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition on the same day. When you put it in your mouth, the elegant and gentle sweetness spreads, and the sharpness of the alcohol gradually takes effect. There are no hints of miscellaneous flavors. I have always preferred to drink dry sake on the + side (the higher the better), but this was an opportunity for me to broaden my horizons.

When drunk chilled, it had a bitter aftertaste from clear. It also had a strong alcohol taste. As it approached room temperature, it was delicious with a refreshing muscat-like sweetness. Unfortunately, I couldn't drink it warmed 😭 So I did my best to warm it up by hand. LOL! This sake seems to have more flavor at higher temperatures 😊.
