Toyama no Yukizora Nigori Sake (yoshidawines feat. Inagaki Yast) Sanjoraku Shuzo Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content: 16 Original from Yoshida Sake Brewery. My friends came to visit from Tokyo, so I brought this one along. I had been curious about it for a while and my friends like San-Shoraku. The acidity is not so strong, and it is a light nigori that goes well with hot summer. There is almost no fizziness. The store recommends changing the taste after 2 or 3 days, but I was the first one to empty it😅.

This is the first time I've had Yamadaho from Sanjoraku. It is a Yamahai, raw, undiluted sake with an alcohol content of 19 degrees, which is a very rich spec. As expected, it has a strong sweetness and umami, but not too heavy. It has the flavor of Yamahai, the wild taste of Yamadaho, and a bittersweet aftertaste. It was a good match with seafood stewed in tomatoes.

Gokayama's sake, San-Shoraku. Sanjoraku is a delicious raw sake. The other day, I drank a Yamahai Yamahai with water added and hi-iru, which was a waste of time. It is beautiful but punchy. It is an excellent sake that is easy to drink and has a great sake flavor that can be enjoyed in turn. It is a good sake that you can enjoy the drinkability and the taste of sake in turn. I thought it was a flashy sake, but it was not. It is also good with broccoli and kiriboshi-daikon (dried radish), which are side dishes at Famima. It is a sake that can be enjoyed even with dried daikon radish or broccoli from the Family Mart. It is too luxurious, but it is a sake that is comfortable for the body and should be a regular drink.
