This is one of a series of uniformly labeled sake made with 100% Akita rice by 31 breweries in Akita Prefecture. This one uses 100% Miyamanishiki rice produced in Akita Prefecture. The aroma is slightly acidic. After a strong sweetness like that of wasanbon, there is a citric acidity and a bitter taste that comes down the throat. In a daiginjo glass, it is not enough, but in a straight glass, the sweetness, acidity, and bitterness all come together at once. Incidentally, the sweetness prevails.
