( ꈍᴗꈍ)🍶🍶🍶🍶 The other day, when I was in Okunoto on business, I was given a bottle of freshly brewed sake at Tsuruno Sake Brewery, the brewery that produces Taniizumi 👍I asked the cashier to put a label on it and brought it back 😙. Slightly melon-like aroma 😊Smooth on the palate, with a refreshing umami and acidity 😚Smooth, clean finish 🥰Overall, not flashy, but would go well with any dish 🥳👍.

VOICE: 🍶🍶🍶🍶´- Today I got my second hiyaoroshi bottle of Taniizumi from Ishikawa Prefecture 😀 It's my first sake from this brewery 🍶The toji-san seems to be a woman 😀. The aroma is gentle 😊and when you drink it, the mouthfeel is gentle 😚It has a nice calm flavor and richness 🥰It also has a nice sharpness 🥰It is easy to drink and match with any food 🤩.

I've always wanted to drink Taniizumi! I wasn't sure which one to choose, but on the other hand, it looks like the regular sake is harder to find, so I chose this one😃! It's a regular sake, but apparently it's Fukuroshibori! The first sip gave me the impression that it was a traditional sake☺️. The first sip was like a traditional sake ☺️ I could taste the strong grain flavor but then the sweetness and mellowness came through 😚 it wasn't dry 😆.

(Left photo) Kijoshu that doesn't look like Kijoshu It has a beautiful sweetness, but it is refreshing from beginning to end and tastes great the whole time! It is refreshing, but the sweetness is still there. The freshness of the sake is superb, and the chirichiri-ness of the sake makes it even easier to drink! This is an amazing sake! The fact that it's 11 degrees Celsius is also... 5.00

Exchange of rice-uma and jiuwa It is rather light and you don't feel the weight of it. It is an excellent match for a gohan ga suzumu-kun type of entrée. It is vigorous and energetic!

TANI-IZUMI Junmai Nama-no-Genshu The aroma is fruity, like a mixture of iso and tropical fruits. The taste is different from the aroma and is rather classical? (It has a rather hard impression, with a hint of sweetness, but it may taste like hard water?) It was a different taste from the sake I have had in the past! I was surprised that it was so different from what I used to drink ‼️🤓

☀️ Sake brewed with the assistance of Yoshida Sake Brewery in Tedorigawa🍶. It has a slight odor of alcohol. On the palate, you can taste sweetness and sourness. The acidity is strong and clean, reminiscent of a refreshing apple 😙.

(*ˊIncludes a few more) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Shizuoka Business Trip ⑱! I bought a bottle of Taniizumi when I was back in Ishikawa over the weekend 😀 It's from Taniizumi Sake Brewery x Yoshida Sake Brewery 😙. The aroma is banana-like and refreshing 😊It is gentle on the palate, with a little bit of umami from the sake's unblended character and a refreshing aftertaste 😚👍. Tanizumi is another local brand that I like, it is a delicious sake that reminds me of Noto's recovery 🥳👍.

One of the projects to stop Noto's sake. Taniizumi Junmai Ginjo Hyakumangoku No Shiro" from Tsuruno Sake Brewery, which could not be sold due to the Noto earthquake, is used as part of the brewing water and brewed at Yoshida Sake Brewery in Fukui, known for "Tedorigawa". I am glad that I wanted to try Hyakumangoku No Shiro. Beautiful sweetness and mouthfeel. Like muscat and peach. Pleasantly slightly effervescent. Go for it, Noto sake brewery!
