Sanrensei Junmai Limited Edition Sake
This is also a Nakatori, I think. It has a good balance of acidity and gradual umami.
Sanrenboshi Junmai Ginjo Nakatori Limited Edition
This is my favorite. The mouthfeel is clear, but the umami follows softly afterwards and is delicious.
KURAMISHIKAGAKU NIKA KUMISAKU MASHITSU
It is fresh and has a firm and crisp feeling. It has acidity from the umami, but I thought it would be a bit richer, but I was wrong.

Yuki Kasumi Yamahai Junmai Nigori Nama Sake
It has a sloppy, mushy mouthfeel. It is not sweet and tastes quite dry.
I was told that it would definitely blow up, so I was glad to be able to taste it, which I was hesitant to buy because of the hole in the cork. I didn't like it much.
