It was a sake for New Year's Day at my wife's parents' home in Hiroshima Prefecture, Flaster.
It is very easy to drink at room temperature to hot rather than cold. It is very easy to drink at room temperature from around 60 degrees.
This sake is best served with food!
It matches well with all kinds of food and the sake goes well with it.
If you drink it at too high a temperature, the alcohol will increase and your eyes and nose will be irritated. The aroma of the rice is exquisite and "delicious"!
The cost is also great!

I had it for the first time. Kamei Mannen.
It's a sake from Hiroshima, so we thought it might be similar to something like Hakutsuguru or Kamo-Kinshu. I don't know what to think of it, but it overturned my preconceptions.
It's not so much a neat sake as it is a full, rich sake.
This is delicious. I can drink it as much as I want... It was a good sake (^^)
