I had it for the first time. Kamei Mannen. It's a sake from Hiroshima, so we thought it might be similar to something like Hakutsuguru or Kamo-Kinshu. I don't know what to think of it, but it overturned my preconceptions. It's not so much a neat sake as it is a full, rich sake. This is delicious. I can drink it as much as I want... It was a good sake (^^)

I've had Shinshu Kameari before, but this is a first! It has a refreshing yet fruity taste. The food is well made with a hint of ginjo and a hint of spiciness.

It is described as dry, but... Even though I like sweet sake The reason why it was so delicious and tasty It's because of the taste of the rice. Hiroshima Zouga linear heart white rice⁉︎ A kind of ancient rice. This sake has a rich taste from the rice.

Rating: A-. The flavor of the raw sake is very good. There is no miscellaneous flavors, and you can enjoy the taste of Junmai sake. The taste is beyond the price and I highly recommend it.

Colorless and transparent. Fresh aroma reminiscent of watermelon, with a spicy aroma reminiscent of rice straw and a sweet aroma reminiscent of whipped cream. The aroma is medium in intensity, with a thick, sweet mouthfeel. The mouthfeel is thick and sweet, with a touch of powderiness. The finish is bitter and astringent. The impression is rather flat. It is crisp and crisp, with a short finish, refreshing and full-bodied.

Sake of Hiroshima where I went to work alone. It's the third one we've had. It's a little dry and tasty. It's not fruity, but you can always get it in Hiroshima.

Five days, I think it's less spicy and more mellow. It doesn't seem to have lost its flavor, but it's getting better and easier to drink. I'm on pace to finish a bottle in about 10 days, but to enjoy the change in taste, it's still a bottle.
