Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake 🍶Hiroshima Zouga Linear Heart White Rice A little tight in the glass, but soft in the mouth. It is a subtle combination of grassy and fruity. Mild when drunk from a flat cup (or plate). I had it with striped horse mackerel simmered roughly 😋. Umi to @Takadanobaba 20220812

A 1-goupe bottle that I had gotten at Yamada-san, a sake dealer in Ikebukuro Seibu. I check the small refrigerator near the cash register, which is mainly small bottles, every time I go there. It is Kamerei Mannen from Hiroshima🐢. The classical texture gives it a ginjo-shu feel.

At first, it has a sweet taste that is typical of nama-zake. It spreads in a full-bodied manner with no unpleasant taste. The acidity is low and the aftertaste is refreshing.

A souvenir of Hiroshima from a friend. It seems to be read as "Maneki". I had an image that it made dry sake, but it was more modern and I drank it quickly. A restaurant near my office specializing in Yamagata ramen started serving cold ramen for lunch, so I went in. The soup and noodles were delicious, though a bit salty, but the coldness of the soup and noodles did not defeat the taste. The third picture is the counter of the restaurant. It is a sight for sore eyes from noon.

Kamerei today. Turtle age 10,000 years. It may be rude to say that it is not from Shinshu, but it is Kamerei from Hiroshima. The rice is rare, and 100% linear heart white rice produced in Hiroshima Zouga, which is said to be a miraculous ancient rice, is brewed at a milling ratio of 50. Perhaps because it was pulled in by the watermelon-like label, the fruity, watermelon-like first sip gives way to a dry taste with a solid rice feel and alcohol. It's all nicely put together, but there's a sake-like quality that can't be hidden. This is probably the sake drinkers of yesteryear like ‼️✨
