The flavor is quite strong. Maybe a little bitterness is the key. It is very tasty. It went well with sashimi. However, if you use ajipon, the astringency increases a little. Sashimi soy sauce goes better with this sake. I'm going to use it as a reference for next year. I'm ready to buy it.

It was a sake for New Year's Day at my wife's parents' home in Hiroshima Prefecture, Flaster. It is very easy to drink at room temperature to hot rather than cold. It is very easy to drink at room temperature from around 60 degrees. This sake is best served with food! It matches well with all kinds of food and the sake goes well with it. If you drink it at too high a temperature, the alcohol will increase and your eyes and nose will be irritated. The aroma of the rice is exquisite and "delicious"! The cost is also great!

I'm not sure how to describe it, but it has a strong core. I'm going to have to get a new one. I'm not sure how sweet it is, but it's -30 sake. Maybe it's not to your liking? I thought it was. I was attracted by the buzz.
