This is my 10th glass. The love of sake and the atmosphere of the restaurant makes me drink too much.
The lady sitting next to me asked for some sake, so I took advantage of it. I observed that the manager always drinks a little bit of the requested sake himself to match the food and seasoning. As I was getting my sake, he said, "Please share this entrée with me if you don't mind 😊". Many sake drinkers are good people.
A snack with kiwi and lemon peel was served and the combination was so good that I forgot to taste the sake alone lol.

Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake 🍶Hiroshima Zouga Linear Heart White Rice
A little tight in the glass, but soft in the mouth. It is a subtle combination of grassy and fruity. Mild when drunk from a flat cup (or plate). I had it with striped horse mackerel simmered roughly 😋.

100% linear white rice produced in Hiroshima Zouga. Polishing ratio 50%, 17% alcohol by volume. It is the first Kamerei in a long time. It is easy to drink and delicious. You can feel the umami taste that is typical of nama-zake. It is not heavy, but the umami of rice remains in the mouth. It disappears quickly and has a sharpness. This is delicious. It seems to go well with a variety of dishes.
