☆☆☆☆☆ I got this for service as there are only a few left. 11 degrees, low-alcoholic and gentle drink. The timing of the service was perfect, as we were on the fourth stage of drinking Shinshu sake, except for the first glass of Genmai, which was rather solid. Well, in contrast to the Takaten, this sake is not at all strong, but rather light (the Takaten tastes so good today!). I am grateful that I was able to drink a rare sake in an unusual way! No wonder it is so popular! By the way, we don't carry any sake from outside of the prefecture! They only have a certain brand of in-prefecture sake. We used to have Kame-ling (Miyama's only sake), but it's gone now! We are a yakitori restaurant, so... Kameiring's popularity is affecting this kind of restaurant, too.
