Aroma: Aroma of jellied fruit. When you include it, you will feel a tender texture on the tongue, and you will think, "Oh? and then the taste quickly turns dry and snappy. I wouldn't say it is a beautiful sake because it is Kamerei, but it is a clear sake with no cloying taste.
It does not interfere with food, and is also delicious on its own. You do not feel the high alcohol content at all.
After the second day of opening the bottle, the sharpness becomes smoother and the sweetness becomes stronger, but I guess this is a matter of taste.

The Junmai Ginjo we were allowed to taste had a melon nuance in the hints, giving the impression of a darker, sweeter taste.
