A 1-goupe bottle that I had gotten at Yamada-san, a sake dealer in Ikebukuro Seibu.
I check the small refrigerator near the cash register, which is mainly small bottles, every time I go there.
It is Kamerei Mannen from Hiroshima🐢.
The classical texture gives it a ginjo-shu feel.

Aroma: Aroma of jellied fruit. When you include it, you will feel a tender texture on the tongue, and you will think, "Oh? and then the taste quickly turns dry and snappy. I wouldn't say it is a beautiful sake because it is Kamerei, but it is a clear sake with no cloying taste.
It does not interfere with food, and is also delicious on its own. You do not feel the high alcohol content at all.
After the second day of opening the bottle, the sharpness becomes smoother and the sweetness becomes stronger, but I guess this is a matter of taste.

The Junmai Ginjo we were allowed to taste had a melon nuance in the hints, giving the impression of a darker, sweeter taste.

Wanting some sake, I go to my usual local sake store. I was looking for Tenmei, but for some reason my eyes fell on this sake recommended by the store. The description said it had a fruity taste with a hint of apple, which attracted my attention.
As a result, the couple drank it in no time. My wife is very picky about her tastes, so I was very happy to hear that she thought it was quite tasty.

This is my 10th glass. The love of sake and the atmosphere of the restaurant makes me drink too much.
The lady sitting next to me asked for some sake, so I took advantage of it. I observed that the manager always drinks a little bit of the requested sake himself to match the food and seasoning. As I was getting my sake, he said, "Please share this entrée with me if you don't mind 😊". Many sake drinkers are good people.
A snack with kiwi and lemon peel was served and the combination was so good that I forgot to taste the sake alone lol.

Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake 🍶Hiroshima Zouga Linear Heart White Rice
A little tight in the glass, but soft in the mouth. It is a subtle combination of grassy and fruity. Mild when drunk from a flat cup (or plate). I had it with striped horse mackerel simmered roughly 😋.
