The rice used is Gohyakumangoku and Nihonbare. If I had to describe it in one word, I would say it's "Omnivorous Japanese Sake Partridge". It has an old-fashioned flavor and an aged feeling like a hiyaoroshi. Spicy and sweet in equal measure, with a long finish. It's a sake that should be served warm. By the way, it's "Hiyaoroshi", but it's shipped all year round.

I learned of the existence of this sake through non non's post. It was a little difficult to go there because you can only buy it at the direct sales place which is open only on weekdays.... It was a nice homey sake brewery 😊. It was limited to 100 bottles and they were the last 3 bottles. It's shwashy, sweet and sour. It may be a daiginjo, but it doesn't taste like yamahai and is easy to drink.

It has a fresh aroma that spreads on the palate. The taste is rich and sweet. When you drink it on the rocks, the gorgeous aroma stands out. Although it has a refreshing taste, it has a high alcohol content and will leave you dizzy (laughs).

It's usually sold as a fire-retarded sake, but they specially packaged it as a raw sake. It has a beautiful taste like a Daiginjo at the entrance, but it comes on strong in the second half. It is dry but easy to drink. It's not listed on the label, but the liquor store says it's unfiltered undiluted sake.

Rice polishing rate 60%. The label seems to be pretty in the Hankyu colors. The taste is quite mellow. Very mellow from the aroma. Not only was it delicious, but it had a slight rice sweetness to it, which was really nice. I had it with mackerel as a mealtime drink, and it went great with it!

毎年限定で出してるお酒みたいですね。香りは米っぽい。最後は控え目な辛さ。ややスッキリ目だけど芳醇旨口のお手本の様な味。

高槻阪急や松坂屋高槻店行けば清鶴や國乃長のお酒ほぼ全種類買えるのでオススメ。

大阪府高槻市のお酒。ブロガーさん等の評判がいいので花見用に購入してみました。想像以上に美味しかった。フルーティーさとかは全くないけど甘めの味。ズッシリと重めな印象。
