Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Namazake from Daikoku Masamune. It tastes good hiya, but it has a little bit of an aged aroma reminiscent of old sake. Personally, I think it tastes better lukewarm, which takes away some of the curd and brings out the umami.

Note: On the second day after opening the bottle, it became a little rounder and was delicious in the hiya. It has a full umami taste with a fruity flavor, just like a junmai ginjo, and it is hard to underestimate. The impression was totally different from that right after the bottle was opened.

This is a daiginjo of Umenojuku which the students excitedly gave to me at graduation. It has the elegant aroma and sweetness that only a daiginjo can have, but it still has the assertiveness of sake in a good way, and it is delicious. Elegant daiginjo without any peculiarities is also delicious, but I personally like the taste very much and am happy. Very much appreciated ministry.

Junmai Ginjo. This sake has a nice aroma, but also has a strong flavor. It is not too clear and has a nice subtle miscellaneous taste. Delicious. It is a gift. Thank you very much.

It is a good sake with the fruity and gorgeous taste of ginjo and the firm taste of namazake. It's a good sake, but it's a bit refined, so I personally prefer the Junmai Genshu I had last time for everyday drinking.
