It's usually sold as a fire-retarded sake, but they specially packaged it as a raw sake. It has a beautiful taste like a Daiginjo at the entrance, but it comes on strong in the second half. It is dry but easy to drink.
It's not listed on the label, but the liquor store says it's unfiltered undiluted sake.
