This sake is made by Itzumi Shuzo, the smallest sake brewery on Sado Island.
It is a delicious sake, light and dry, but with a strong umami flavor.

I still hadn't had enough to drink, so I bought this one from Sado.
I wanted "Itsuki" and visited Itzumi Shuzo, where I tasted and liked this one.
They were very attentive and helpful,
I don't usually drink arugula, but this one is very natural, soft, and very easy to drink.
And it is reasonably priced handsome.
I can drink it with gusto!
It has a light and refreshing taste that is hard to believe it is a honjozo. It has a light and refreshing taste that one would not expect from a honjozo, and its richness and sweetness of rice are not as good as daiginjo-style sake, but I thought it was the most cost-effective sake for everyday drinking. It scores 70 points in terms of taste, but when you consider the cosmetics, it scores about 90 points!
Clear and dry
Slight aroma, smooth attack. The taste is clean and dry. It goes in smoothly and has a dry aftertaste.
Sado City Furusato Tax Trophy No. 1 is a bottle of light and dry sake, as is typical of Sado.
Itzumi Shuzo Maryo Itsuki Junmai Nama Nigori, cold sake.
2023.8.19-20 Trip to Niigata Sado Island.
Visited the Itzumi Shuzo brewery and purchased this sake.
It has a gentle sweet nigori taste and a light, refreshing flavor.
It is a product that makes you drink more and more sake.
