What would you like to pair with pig's feet? I thought about it and chose a sake from Fukuoka👍.
The color is a little yellowish. The aroma has a hint of alcohol and a slight sweetness and sourness from the rice. The aroma is typical of traditional sake.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the mild sweetness and umami of the rice, and the acidity gives it a refreshing taste. Easier to drink than expected 😁.
With pork feet 🐷. The smoothness and richness of this sake is preserved with a crisp aftertaste by pairing it with the collagen-rich tender pork leg. It goes well together 🤗Maybe my skin will be soft and supple tomorrow morning😊.

The holiday weekend is over, and I am on the Shinkansen train heading back to Osaka with a heavy heart.
Today's bottle is a junmai ginjo sake from Fukuoka Prefecture's oldest sake brewery.
It is brewed with a rice polishing ratio of 55% and water from Mt.
The aroma is subdued, but the good smell of rice can be enjoyed.
The taste is neither too sweet nor too spicy, and the flavor of rice gradually spreads to the palate.
It is a well-balanced flavor that you will never get tired of drinking.
Thank you very much for your kindness.
Opened 11/27.
Just opened, Muscat + White Peach fully opened. ❗️ is fresh and intense.
As the temperature rises, the fruitiness and juiciness increases even more.
It was sweet and delicious with full of fruitiness.
12/2
5 days after opening the bottle.
The flavor spread vertically and horizontally.
It was like a mix of fruits based on white peaches, caramel, and caramel.
I got this on a spring trip to Sanin-Dazaifu, when I attended a brewery opening at the Daiga Sake Brewery!
It was the easiest brand to drink out of the various brands we tasted👍.
When you open the bottle and pour it, it has a mildly acidic aroma. The aroma is almost cheese-like 🧀.
The mouthfeel is relaxed, but the sweet and light acidity pulls it through. The overall flavor is lychee-like!
It seems like a milder version of the "N-888" we had before. The sweetness and lightness make this a delicious drink that goes down a treat ✨.
And the aftertaste is also refreshing and fades away so you can enjoy it lightly both before and after drinking it!
I have never seen "Tamadezumi" or "Ooga" here, but if I have the chance, I would like to try them again 😌.
