This will be the last sake I drank at Fukuzo. For those of you who think "How much have you had to drink? I think so too😅. The first aroma is sweet with classic acidity. It has a full-bodied sweet flavor with a hint of acidity on the palate. It's also a great costumed honjozo that you don't feel like it's been soaked in alcohol 😋. It was delicious 🍶✨. The proprietress of Fukuzo and the toji of Kanbokuto seem to be good friends, and this sake was created when she always told the toji of Kanbokuto that it was no good to only make dry sake in this day and age. The initial aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it is quite sweet and delicious. It has a thick, juicy rice sweetness and umami. Unlike the light and refreshing Kanbokuto shi-bi-en, this one is sweet and juicy and delicious as well ✨.

F44という福岡県オリジナルの酵母を使った火入れのお酒。 上立ち香は微かに🍍の甘い香り。 口に含むとほんのり🍍の優しい甘味。 花陽浴でも意識したのかというような🍍感。 ただ火入れなんで香りは弱め。 香りが弱いせいか甘味も弱め。 生酒だとどんな感じなのかちょっと気になりますね。 美味しかったです✨🍍

The proprietress of the Fukuzo recommended that I try the raw Wakanami sake🌊 produced in February 2019🍶. The top aroma is a discreet sweet aroma. The first aroma is a modest sweet aroma, and in the mouth it has a slight sense of maturity, a moderate acidity, and a subtle sweetness and umami. Wakanami's raw sake has an aroma like a gorgeous gal in full bloom and a fresh sweet and sour taste, but this Wakanami had a difference like a woman who has given birth to a child and settled down. I was given an interesting sake to drink. It was delicious ✨ The third picture is of the Wakanami brewery by the Chikugo River. Before I could take the picture, a car was coming to pick up the luggage, and a strange looking woman came out from the brewery carrying sake on a cart. I looked her up and found out that she was one year younger than me. I didn't recognize her right away because the only pictures I could find on the internet were of her when she was younger 😅. Sorry for being a novice fan 🙇.

This sake is from the same Kobayashi Shuzo Honten as the "Hakata no Mori" that I posted a while ago. Mandai must be more famous locally 🤔. It will be a Risshun morning pressing 🍶. The aroma on the nose is fruity🍍 and sweet. When you take it into your mouth, it has a deep, mild sweetness and umami that is typical for a draft sake, and it finishes with a slight astringent taste. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Tsukitate-san had a bottle of Shiraito Risshun Shibori in February this year and thought it was great 🤤. When I asked the proprietress of Fukuzo, she rummaged through the fridge and found it for me 🍶. The first aroma is full and sweet with a hint of lactic acidity. 再び福蔵に戻りまして、喜多屋の「喜多屋」銘柄になります。 上立ち香は微かな甘い香り。 口に含むと微かな渋味に濃い目のジューシーな甘味と旨味。 微かな渋味でキレていく感じ。 このお酒原酒とは書いていないのですが、原酒のような濃い目のどっしり系で生原酒好きのわたしにぴったりなお酒てした😊 美味しかったです🍶✨ 3枚目の写真は八女市内にあった旧福島酒造の母屋ですが、現在ホテルに改装されて使われているそうです。 福蔵の女将さん情報では喜多屋が運営しているとか。

Kinran Fujimusume is a sake made by Goto Sake Brewery in Kuroki-cho, Yame City 🍶. There are only 5 check-ins in Sake no Wawa, and I had no idea about it until I came to Fukuzo😅. By the way, Kuroki-cho is the birthplace of Hitomi Kuroki 🙄 although it became Yame City due to a merger of towns and villages. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness with a smooth and elegant mouthfeel typical of daiginjos. It finishes with a slight astringency. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Hakata city seemed to have had a hard time during the Korona period, and there were a few cases of "aged sake" in the store that were purchased during that time 😌. A new product🍶 from the Nanayo Sake Brewery, which makes Yuma. According to information from the proprietress of Fukuzo, a former sake brewer at Kikuhime is helping out. Mizokami Shuzo is a sake brewery located in Yahata-ku, Kitakyushu City. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. There are a lot of sake that I didn't know about 😌. The Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

Kobayashi Shuzo Honten is located in Umi-cho, Fukuoka. I guess the representative brand is Bandai. This is also my first time here 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, there is a slight astringency and sweet umami flavor. The slight astringency gives it a sharp finish. Delicious 🍶✨.

I once drank a sake made by Okura using Jinryoku as the rice for sake, and when I researched about Jinryoku, I found out that there is a brewery in Fukuoka that has revived it, and I was curious about this sake. This sake is made by the Tamamizu Sake Brewery in Takada Town, Miyama City. It has a modest top-fragrance, with a faint sweet aroma. It has a unique flavor like aged sake in the mouth. It has a firm umami and sweetness, which gradually fades away. This peculiar peculiarity is the same as that of Okura's Jinryoku 😅. I thought it was peculiar because it's Okura, but it's not. Sorry Okura-san 🙇.

Ohga Sake Brewery is located in Futsukaichi, Chikushino City, and was founded in 1673, making it the oldest brewery in Fukuoka. I didn't even know it existed until I came to Sakebar Fukuzo. This is my first time here. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. The mouthfeel has a tangy acidity, a slight astringency, and a dark sweet umami taste that is typical of nama sake. It finishes with a hint of sourness. It has 19% alcohol by volume, but the rich, mellow, sweet-tasting mouthfeel makes you feel as if you are drinking it without feeling it. There are many delicious sake even in the honjozo category. ☺️ The third picture is an Iroha karuta (color chart) of Sakazukin-chan that was posted in the restroom of "sakebar Fukuzo". A list? I'm not young anymore, so this kind of thing is rare these days, but I always try to do the lower left "drink water, drink water, and the rest will be easy" 😅.

I wanted to live permanently in Nishinakasu, but unfortunately I have returned to Tokyo. I'm Matsuchiyo and I hate my job 👶. I can't select "Sakebar Fukuzo" when I choose a place when I come back. I hope you can fix this feature soon 🙄. Well, Kiku Bijin Sake Brewery is located in Setaka, Miyama City. This brewery is famous locally as the bride of the sister of the poet Kitahara Hakushu. This sake is made from rice called Tsuyaotome. Kiku Bijin is also a first 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a juicy sweetness with a hint of acidity. It has a slight astringent taste that finishes off the palate. It was quite delicious ✨. The third picture is the main house of Kikubijin. It was on sale, but no tasting was available 🥲. A customer of Sakebar Fukuzo told me about how many bottles he bought at the kurabiraki. Seems to be a brand loved by the locals😊.
