It was a gift from a colleague of mine from Fukuoka Prefecture.
This is the last of a set of three bottles from Kobayashi Shuzo Honten.
Compared to the brewery's dry, crisp, ultra-dry junmai sake Hakata no Mori, this is a dry sake with a round, soft texture.
The snack was sauteed bonito (looks like grilled beef...) with myoga and garlic tube.
For sake lovers, it is a great souvenir to be able to taste local brands and types of sake that are not distributed in the metropolitan area.

It's a sake brewery located near Ubi Hachimangu Shrine, the god of easy delivery. The relationship between sake and easy delivery is unclear, but ^_^^
