Sake produced at Sakurao Brewery in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima 🍶.
It is claimed to be dry with a low alcohol content of 11%, but when served with hot pot, it was a sparkling sake with a hint of sweetness: 🙆♂️
It was delicious!
