This is a summer version of Hyakurakumon, a famous sake of Gosho along with Kaze no Mori and Shinomine, made with rice outside the standard range and labeled on the back 😋.
It looks cool and smells like melon 🍈.
Refreshing, mellow, mildly dry ❣️.
It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink 😋😋.

Katsuragi Shuzo "Hyakugakumon" Gosho City, Nara Prefecture
Bodai-moto brewing" using groundwater from the Kongo and Katsuragi mountain ranges.
The brewery was established in Gosho City, Nara Prefecture, in 1887 as a branch of the original family (now the Kubohon family, founded in the Genroku era (1688-1704), which brewed Sairyu and Namahashimoto Dobu).
He encountered "Bizen Omachi," a rice suitable for sake brewing, and was impressed by its depth of flavor, and started brewing sake with it.

The aroma is quite sweet on the nose, and the mouthfeel is fruity, but the sweetness and acidity come together in the mouth. This is extremely tasty.
