This is my first Hyakurugumon and it is like 🍍 juice...!
It has a nice strong 🍍-like aroma, juicy and sweet on the palate, with a fluffy rice flavor coming from the back? It's like a rice fluffy flavor coming from the back.
From the aroma to the sourness and light bitterness in the aftertaste, I feel like it's a solid 🍍😆 lol
This is a sake that you can enjoy in the summer even if you drink it in the beginning of fall.
It's delicious.
Next time, I'll go to the front? I'd like to try the front side, Hyakugakumon, if I can find it ✨.
