I finally fulfilled my wish to drink it at home someday.
And it is a 90% pure rice brewed in the ancient style of Nama-Motomoto.
It is served cold.
The color is a soft yellow.
Lots of big bubbles when poured into a glass.
The top aroma is fresh pear with a hint of banana.
The mouthfeel is smooth. The large bubbles gently burst, giving off a pear aroma and concentrated flavor.
The aftertaste is tightened up with a rush of acidity and fresh bitterness, and is light and refreshing.
I opened the bottle, determined to drink it with all my heart from the specs and the label,
Surprisingly, it is easy to drink.
The rich and complex umami flavor is brought together with the freshness and acidity of the sake yeast, making it easy to drink and giving you power even in the dreary rainy season 😆.
I would like to try it with beef cutlet.
The banana flavor becomes more bananas and mellow after a day. It has a good balance with the acidity and is also delicious 👍.
