It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

A drink with Hoya, rejoicing in the daily medal rush! Hmm! Am I eating nothing but sea squirts every week? No, no, no, no. Summer in Sendai is all about morning hoya! Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it! The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite. It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer. A true adulterous love for adults! It's so good! Thank you for the meal!

Junmai Ginjyo Sake Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15%. Sake degree +1 Personal Rating: ★★★☆☆☆☆ Impression Sourness is felt at first. but the sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. It is not sparkling, but has a slight gaseous taste, and the sweetness in the aftertaste is not bothersome, making it a refreshing drink.

It's that time of year again! The brewery invited circus performers to a grand presentation mini-live in late May. So, what's in store for this year? The aroma is a little weak. The first sip has a refreshing sweetness and umami. The sweetness and umami are quickly replaced by acidity. It has a mellow aftertaste, but it wears off smoothly, leaving a slight bitterness. As in previous years, the aroma was mellow and the sweetness and umami were clear, but this year, the acidity came forward and the texture was different. It has lost its mature eroticism. It is different from other years, but it is still very tasty. I hate it when I have to post an odd number of pictures, otherwise the pictures become too small. I'm wondering what to do with the label, the specs, and the other picture. Thank you for the treat!

Good evening, Mr. Sakeran 😁. I don't know if it's a circus sake or not, but Kanmei is releasing a seasonal sake called "00 Time", so I guess they chose the famous song from the circus 😄. It's one of my favorites, so please try it 🤘.

🐶 It's September and it's been crazy hot in Osaka, so Mr. Summer Time, yes! This has a great flavor! Perfect with grilled prawns or tuna with avocado! I didn't go to Univa much this summer, but I had a lot of fun 🐶.
