🐶 It's September and it's been crazy hot in Osaka, so Mr. Summer Time, yes! This has a great flavor! Perfect with grilled prawns or tuna with avocado! I didn't go to Univa much this summer, but I had a lot of fun 🐶.

Sake at Sushi Restaurant. A bottle of sake at Karashima in Hakata. I was so drunk that my memory is a bit fuzzy, but I think it was crisp and clear.

Summer Sake Series. It is really refreshing and easy to drink, has a slight sweetness, and does not interfere with food. It is easy to drink on a hot day. It went great with vinegared sea squirt.

The sweetness and acidity are well balanced and certainly perfect for drinking on a summer evening. It is also gorgeous, but the freshness in the mouth stands out and disappears with a smooth acidity. Wabi-sabi, like fireworks on a summer night. So good...so good...

Rice polishing ratio: 55 Gentle aroma, sweetness and rice flavor. Sourness and a little bitterness in the latter half. Less sweet than the orikarami we drank in winter It is not a refreshing summer sake. It is sweet and mellow. It is sweet and rich.

It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!
