It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

It's crazy sweet and easy to drink. It's like a dessert, so if you want to drink it with food, you might want something else.

A friend of mine recently started working at a sweets shop that uses sakekasu (sake lees). ☺️ It says "limited edition" on the label. Banana chips made by a local Jamaican who lives in the area were sold together with 👍. I don't know what it is, it's a little tangy and carbonated on the tongue, but soft and sweet! Yes, I found another delicious drink 😋. The banana chips are also not sweet at all, but have a delicious, slightly miso taste. I think it goes well with sake too. It's a taste I would recommend to others 😚. *I searched for "Kanmei Shuzo" and came up with a great name, Mr.summer time, it doesn't say that on the label💦. But it's kinda cool, so I'll register it with this 🤭.

I've been curious about it since I drank Miyakanbai. A while ago, I visited a liquor store to see if there was anything in the store. What is it? Miyakanme? I bought a bottle of "Mr Summer Time" from Kanme Shuzo. Mr Summer Time 😅I bought it and put it down. Mr Summer Time... I think of it as the end of summer 😅. I have to go now. It's crisp on the palate, but the taste is well balanced. It has a balanced flavor... good!
