It's that time of year again!
The brewery invited circus performers to a grand presentation mini-live in late May.
So, what's in store for this year?
The aroma is a little weak.
The first sip has a refreshing sweetness and umami. The sweetness and umami are quickly replaced by acidity. It has a mellow aftertaste, but it wears off smoothly, leaving a slight bitterness.
As in previous years, the aroma was mellow and the sweetness and umami were clear, but this year, the acidity came forward and the texture was different. It has lost its mature eroticism.
It is different from other years, but it is still very tasty.
I hate it when I have to post an odd number of pictures, otherwise the pictures become too small. I'm wondering what to do with the label, the specs, and the other picture.

I don't know if it's a circus sake or not, but Kanmei is releasing a seasonal sake called "00 Time", so I guess they chose the famous song from the circus 😄.
It's one of my favorites, so please try it 🤘.
