This one is cold sake. Droopy, spicy and refreshing. Rice smoothie. Rather sweeter when combined with conger eel stew ⤴️ and fruity in the back. Peach? 🍑 Beef tenderloin tofu in earthenware pot, dark and delicious. I want rice 😅I want to use nigori instead of rice 😋 and I want to leave no soup. I was too full to eat, but next time I want to try their specialty Kamo Seri Nabe 😆.

This one is also warmed up 🍶 slightly bitter and light for its age ✨. Delicious when savored carefully. A little creamy and bitter with Hoya (Japanese sea squirt) marinated in miso. Dry. The texture is like a scallop without the smell.

This one is also slightly refreshing ✨ when warmed up. It has a sharp acidity. Tsumami Anago nimono (conger eel stew) is delicious. Very good 😆. Very nice 😆. Milt and fig tempura melts in the heat. It is crispy and tender. The umami of Gunma Izumi is better than ever.

This one is also warmed up 🍶It's less acidic, spicier and more refreshing than the Hiokizakura we had a year ago ✨ It's H29BY, so the sweetness of the seiko crab 😳 6 years ago is more pronounced. It also has a bit of creaminess to it. The seiko crab was tiny, but I wanted to have it at least once a year, so I'm glad I found it 😆.

Fairly yellow ripe. Moderate acidity 😆 Daruma Masamune-like ripeness ✨Smoked chestnuts 🌰 Kesennuma Shark Hatsuri (Keshika no Hoshi), delicious with sesame oil 😋Matched with warmed 👍Sekogani🦀 also matches with heated Hioki Sakura 🎉.
