(沒沒沒) ❣🍶🍶🍶🍶 Purchases from my trip to Tohoku 😀 I found a cup at Maxvalue in Yamagata prefecture that looks exactly like Kikuyu's 👀🤣I wanted a limited edition Daiginjo, but I got this one 😁It's a Hatsusun Honjozo 😇. The alcohol content is 16 degrees, so it's more gentle than the original 😊Alcoholic aroma, sourness and umami 😚After the rich umami and a hint of sweetness, it has a clean aftertaste from the aluzoe 😇This is a delicious sake 🥳.

One recommended by a liquor store: ⭐️ I'm not sure how you found out what I like? I like it so much. Sake degree +7 It's not just that it has a nice sharpness. I also like the aroma and the clearness. Refreshingly dry! It's just what it says on the bottle: 🙂‍↕️ lol It was summer only, right? The carefully grilled chicken wings were so rich. It refreshed me. 👩‍🍳 I recommend this liquor store 🫱.

(Reminder series for this year) Yamagata sake is rarely drunk at home. Therefore, Yamagata sake is purchased. It was nice. My image of Yamagata is Yamagata is the powerful and magnificent old Yamagata Prefectural Office Building. I would like to visit some more different places. Gulp!

Purchased at a local liquor store. Very light fruity aroma. Gentle. Lightly sweet. It is quite light. The aftertaste has a unique acidity.

My favorite sake from Sakata, Hatsuson no Kouga is a star. I have been a Sakata sake fan since I made a trip to visit the Ken Domon Memorial Museum. It is made from 100% Dewa Sanzu. It has an outstanding flavor with no bitterness. I served it with sashimi of sardine and arajiru (soup) made by the chef. Fig and sardine salad 🥗. The salad is a great way to enjoy the dish.
