This is juicy & fruity!
As the label says, the lime and grapefruit-like ginjo aroma, combined with the slight carbonation, makes it refreshing and sharp.
The alcohol content is low at 13°, but not at all insufficient, and you will open it in no time at all.
It is fruity at first, but the taste of the rice is still present, while the delicate, deep umami and acidity are well balanced in this summer sake that can be enjoyed at ✖️2.
Recommendation! It has a luxurious fruity aroma typical of Haneya and is easy to drink due to its gorgeous flavor and low alcohol content. Would go well with fried chicken.
This is Haneya Summer Junmai Ginjo Nama Shuzake, a summer sake from Tomikiku Sake Brewery in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture.
It is a crisp and refreshing summer sake with a delicious rice flavor.
When the bottle was opened, there was a pshhhhhh sound. The top aroma is citrusy. When you sip it, you will be surprised by its gentle sweetness and subtle acidity. This is delicious. The overtone is fruity. It has the image of a gentle sweet white wine. It is light and has an atmosphere that gently wraps the body weakened by the heat. It is easy to drink and goes down smoothly.
It looks good both by itself and during a meal.
Went well with homemade karaage.
