Haneya Junmai Ginjyo Tominokou
The aroma is a mixture of capsicum and vinegared etch (with a slight zing?).
Gorgeous on the palate, clean and beautiful in the middle! 😌
😌 There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, so you feel satisfied that you drank something! It also has a satisfying aftertaste! ☺️
Tominoko, this was the first time I heard of this sake rice! I've never heard of it before!
I received this at a paid tasting ④.
I remember drinking it at an udon restaurant in Kyoto on my trip to Toyama and it was delicious😊.
It was still delicious😊.

Tominokou" is a Toyama sake brewing rice variety, a cross between Yamadanishiki and Yuyamanishiki, which was bred in 2010. It has an elegant, transparent quality that is typical of Haneya. It has a long aftertaste and a gentle, mellow flavor.
It is rounded and smooth. The convergence of the new sake is a bit harsh. Slightly mid-bodied.

When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong alcohol taste. It has a slightly powdery taste.
There is a slight banana aroma, and when swallowed, it has a rich sweetness and spiciness.
It seems like a nostalgic sake, but the flavor changes greatly, making it an excellent sake that is hard to find.
