Tsukishita-bijin, a fragrant flower that blooms as if floating in the deep dark night.
This sake expresses the fleeting beauty of this fragrant flower that blooms only one night a year.
It is said to have an elegant ginjo aroma and a gentle honey-like graceful taste!
A very gentle and glossy flavor.
Sake to be tasted in a wine glass.
The flavor is quite delicate, and as a Tsukishita-bijin, it certainly doesn't have the strength of such a sake!
It was a little tangy right after opening.

Haneya MOONLIGHT BEAUTY Nama Sake Omachi
Haneya is often introduced on the Sakaisen-do Channel
What? You can't find it here? I found it unexpectedly at a store called "Haneya" and bought it without hesitation!
When I opened the bottle, it had a refreshing fruit aroma like green apples!
The flavor is as refreshing as the aroma, and the sweetness is moderate.
This was one of my favorites!
I always love Haneya for its elegant taste, and this MOONLIGHT BEAUTY is one that is both elegant and powerful.
Perhaps because it is made from Omachi, it has a thicker core and is very drinkable.
But it is beautiful and elegant, and you will not get tired of drinking it at all.
The lingering aftertaste is also pleasant and makes you want to savor each sip slowly.
One of the first bottle I've had outside for a long time (2).
Just hearing that it's a limited edition sake from Haneya, expectations are high 😋.
A beautiful sake with a smooth texture and elegant sweetness and flavor that lives up to its name, Moonlight Beauty (月下美人), a fantastic flower ✨.
I enjoyed it while remembering the moonlit beauty in full bloom that I saw 9 years ago: ☺️
Memorandum for myself
Trophy of my trip to Toyama (3)
The aroma was not so strong.
It was juicy and fruity in the mouth.
It had the calmness of hiyaoroshi, and it was a real hit 🎯.
