The first bottle of Haneya's summer sake, Summer Junmai Ginjo, was opened.
It has a fresh, clean aroma that is typical of nama-shu, and a clean taste that goes down the throat easily. It has an honest flavor that makes you want to drink it with a sip in the sweaty weather.
This is my first summer sake from Haneya, and I definitely want to try it again next year. Delicious: ‼️

It was like water.
Easy to drink and delicious. I can recommend it to people who don't like sake, but it's a little lackluster.

I have an image that the Sake Rice Exploration Series is quite available in Tokyo.
It seems like they are everywhere.
This is the first limited edition sake of 2025 and is made with Aomori Prefecture's Hanabukiyuki.
It is a very sweet sake with a floral and fluffy taste.
Considering that it is a 15% sake, it tastes almost like a juice.
It was a little difficult to drink as a food sake.
Today is the first time in a really long time that I've had Tomikiku Shuzo's from Ecchu-Toyama.
HAYAYAYA, summer junmai ginjo.
It has a pineapple taste and is sweet and delicious!
As I drank it, I felt the alcohol soaked in before I knew it.
I am so glad I bought this bottle!

Kiboan last is Haneya 🍶.
It has a refreshing taste and goes down your throat like water. It has little acidity and a subtle taste that complements the sashimi.
Haneya has a different flavor depending on the sake you drink.
