The taste is delicious, as is typical of Haneya, with a soft, sweet and acidic flavor and a gassy feeling that is typical of nama-shu.

The first course of stewed and pickled yam with tuna in three different colors is delicious and makes the sake go down a treat 🍶.

Tominokori" is Toyama Prefecture's original rice for sake brewing, developed over 10 years by Toyama Prefecture. 2010 saw the registration of this new sake rice variety, born from a cross between Yamadanishiki as the mother and Toyama Prefecture-bred Oyamanishiki as the father.

This is a raw sake that is filled with a burst of deliciousness.
It is like the glistening sparkle of fireworks in the night sky and gently envelops you like the sea.
It is a sake with a gentle taste that will touch your heart.
When I first drank it, I thought it tasted complicated. I thought it was.
My partner likes this✨.
I thought, "I see...
But when I drank it the next day
I didn't feel it was complicated at all and it was delicious.
Yesterday it was pork
Today it was chicken.
Was it a good match?
I drank it in gulps, eating a vegetable stick at the end.
It's great as an everyday drink.

This sake was given to me at a Haneya brewery meeting. It was apparently unreleased at that time.
It was made with rice from Yamagata.
The taste was very clear, beautiful and delicious.
