Tominokou" is a Toyama sake brewing rice variety, a cross between Yamadanishiki and Yuyamanishiki, which was bred in 2010. It has an elegant, transparent quality that is typical of Haneya. It has a long aftertaste and a gentle, mellow flavor.
It is rounded and smooth. The convergence of the new sake is a bit harsh. Slightly mid-bodied.

When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong alcohol taste. It has a slightly powdery taste.
There is a slight banana aroma, and when swallowed, it has a rich sweetness and spiciness.
It seems like a nostalgic sake, but the flavor changes greatly, making it an excellent sake that is hard to find.
The taste is calm but has a core, with mild sweetness and umami spreading quietly but deeply.
The balance is as expected from Haneya.
It is a beautiful sake.
As usual, Hanehaya has a full bone structure with wonderful sweetness on it. Although it has been produced for 2-3 years and is no longer fresh, you can still feel the nice flavor. (As well as very good price, smile xd
Purchased summer sake out of season. I tried it, thinking I wouldn't be able to drink it until next year. It is quite a sweet sake. It is delicious with a warm body after a bath and goes perfectly with a hot pot.
Haneya's "MOONLIGHT BEAUTY" ✨I have a feeling it's a beautiful drink from the name: ☺️
As the name "moonlit beauty" suggests, it is a very beautiful and elegant sake 🍶.
The "No.10 yeast" used this time is said to be characterized by low acidity and excellent aroma♪
Indeed, the ginjo aroma that rises the moment it is poured into the glass is very elegant and gorgeous 🌺.
The taste is full and rich, with a mild sweetness and fine umami characteristic of Omachi, but not overly sweet and refreshing ✨.
It's very smooth and easy to drink, so it's great as a food sake 🍶.
Personally, I think it's best when it's not overly chilled and left to sit for about 30 minutes at 10-15 degrees 🍶.
