Haneya Tominokou Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake Rated 4.4-4.3 Alcohol level: 16°C, Sake meter: ± 0* (previous value), Acidity: 1.4* (previous value), Rice: Koji/22% Yamadanishiki, Kake/78% Tominokou, Rice polishing ratio: 60 Tominokou" is a Toyama sake brewing rice variety, a cross between Yamadanishiki and Yuyamanishiki, which was bred in 2010. It has an elegant, transparent quality that is typical of Haneya. It has a long aftertaste and a gentle, mellow flavor. It is rounded and smooth. The convergence of the new sake is a bit harsh. Slightly mid-bodied.
