Tominokou" is a Toyama sake brewing rice variety, a cross between Yamadanishiki and Yuyamanishiki, which was bred in 2010. It has an elegant, transparent quality that is typical of Haneya. It has a long aftertaste and a gentle, mellow flavor.
It is rounded and smooth. The convergence of the new sake is a bit harsh. Slightly mid-bodied.
