Health checkup is over 🎉!
I successfully overcame the most depressing physical examination of the year, the gastroscopy 🥰.
Aside from the details, my abdominal circumference decreased significantly and my weight increased, so I cleared the first stage by increasing muscle mass. If I had reached the second stage of weight loss, it would have been perfect, but the groundwork has been laid, so let's move on to the next task!
On the day of the checkup, my father-in-law invited me and my brother-in-law's family to a hot spring trip ♨️

Sairai Yoinokaze Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake
A slight lemon-like aroma, a slight gassy feeling on the palate, a beautiful umami with a smooth sourness, a lemon-like sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste.
Father-in-law and sister-in-law also gave it a favorable review.

By the way, I could not drink alcohol during the full moon in August because I was prohibited from drinking alcohol, but when I looked at the moon on the 13th night, I could hear the sound of crickets and bell bugs in the cool breeze that made me forget about the heat during the day.
