I squeezed it this morning, it arrived today, and I drank it today.

Takanoyume Junmai Ginjo ALL NAGOYA Hiiru
The rice, the yeast, and the brewery are all in Nagoya. I was curious about this one, but I don't remember much about it (lol). I can't remember much about it (lol), but I barely remember a note saying it was refreshing and dry.

What was my impression on the first day?
It's a sake with a delicious bitterness.
