Takanoyume has a crisp image, but this original blend also has sweetness.
It has a sweet taste on the palate.
After that, there is the usual Takanoyume-like bitter flavor.
After a day of drinking, the taste became more rounded.
I found another good sake.
Purchased at Okadaya, Nagoya
Rice used is Yume-Ginko from Nagoya
This sake has a slightly sweet and robust flavor.
It is not so fresh, but has a mildly sharp and clean aftertaste.
Overall, it has a calmness that makes it a versatile all-around food sake.
This is a good sake for ministry.
The moment it enters the mouth, it has a subtle sweetness and a delicious taste of rice, followed by a strong stimulation of alcohol, and then it quickly recedes.
It has a high alcohol content of 19%, so it tastes as if you are drinking rice shochu.
It does not have much aroma, so it is easy to drink.
It may be suitable for those who like shochu but not sake because of its sweetness.
I haven't dreamed of a hawk in a long time 🍶.
ALL Nagoya specs 😎😎.
The rice is Yumeginko and the yeast is also from Nagoya ‼️.
This kind of thing is good👍
A little bit of sourness, alcohol rich body ✌🏻.
It's very well balanced and harmonized with the alcohol 😄✨✨✨✨.
Delicious 😋.
The rice (Yume-Ginko), yeast, and brewery are all from Nagoya, so it is called ALL NAGOYA. It is a limited edition.
It has a fresh, clear taste that I like.
Sake in Midori Ward, Nagoya City
Looks like sake breweries are scattered near Odaka station.
70% shaved honjozo with full sake-like character.
Happy to buy this one for about 400 yen.
Thanks for the food.
I squeezed it this morning, it arrived today, and I drank it today.
Freshly squeezed and delivered today, I drank it today. Fresh sake straight from the bottle, really freshly squeezed!
The freshness of the raw, the aroma stands out!
The alcohol content is high at 19 degrees, and it tastes just like its name!
We enjoyed it with dried puffer fish and stir-fried tuna ala.
11/6 Autumn Sake Brewery Festival @ Ichinomiya Station 10/15
Takanoyume Junmai Ginjo ALL NAGOYA Hiiru
The rice, the yeast, and the brewery are all in Nagoya. I was curious about this one, but I don't remember much about it (lol). I can't remember much about it (lol), but I barely remember a note saying it was refreshing and dry.
It is said that this sake is a part of a project to make sake by exchanging koji between two breweries.
What was my impression on the first day?
It's a sake with a delicious bitterness.
It was finished.
It has some sweetness and acidity added to Hayaseura.
and acidity were added.
On the second day, the bitterness is mildly softened
and the flavor was concentrated.
It changed.
I was able to find another good sake.
