The sake is brewed by "Toroki Shouten", a sake brewer who was involved in growing the rice and brewing it together with Wakatakeya Sake Brewery. I got it as a sign of support 😊 Is it what's called a light, dry taste? It had a faintly sweet aroma, but the sip was refreshingly watery! The flavor and bitterness come out on the palate. I was drinking it with cream cheese as an entrée, but it doesn't get in the way, so it's probably just right for a mid-meal drink 😊.

Okra Hong Kong

Pasteurised sake. Shinriki rice, Fukuoka yeast n 44 and Koji Hishiroku n 430. +2 Yama Kujira Sake is the fourth in the annual collaboration series between director - producer Tsui Mark, Okra Hong Kong and Wakatakeya. This one is pasteurised, they made the Nama version too. Really oily notes and crushed velvet. I had a really acidic feeling for the first two sips but after that became toma really pleasant and balance taste.

I love Goyakumangoku rice! Junmai Muroka Ginjo. The Bitch Sake is the third collaboration between Tsui Hark, Okra Hong Kong and Wakatakeya Shuzo. Steam pasteurised with oily notes of peach blossom, crushed velvet that drip like the rains of late summer.

家飲。之前盲飲會的獎品酒，本次冠軍開瓶分享，運氣好分到了一杯外帶😋。褔岡在地山田錦全量的薄濁生酒。即使是分裝成小瓶，開蓋時還是可以感受到碳酸噴出的聲音，柑橘類以及濕潤青草類的草本甜香，冷著剛喝時，強烈的氣泡感刺激著舌面及口內，整體的草本苦韻明顯到好像在喝藥的感覺，隨著溫度上來，碳酸感退去，像甘草般的回甘口感才姍姍來遲，尾韻苦澀感讓人無法忽略，有趣但不討我喜的一支，日本酒酒海無崖，接下來還有什麼驚喜咧😉

讓我想到桃園酒廠那瓶的苦悠遠流長想到就皺眉那個藥苦味😠 苦我不排斥做得好可以餘韻結尾愉快榮光好幾個都帶苦結尾俐落
