The rice used is Yatsushiro's Gin-no-sato. It is a well-balanced, slightly sweet sake that is easy to drink. ‼️ I was very impressed with "Nana" from this brewery, but the others are also delicious and unique. ❣️

I find it in the refrigerator of a supermarket. It was the first time for me to try it, but I was curious and picked it up. It is light and easy to drink with a subtle aroma.

Sake in Kumamoto First time checking in👍 Suu-kun,, I can't read... 100% Gin-no-sato from Yatsushiro, cultivated by natural farming method Gin-no-sato" is a Kyushu-born sake brewing rice that maintains the quality of "Yamada-nishiki" and is suitable for the Kyushu climate with its short culm (short stalk), It is said to be the best sake brewing rice in Kyushu. A friend of mine who was returning from a trip to Kumamoto He brought it to me as a souvenir! He brought it to me as a souvenir! Nice 👍You know what I mean 🙌 First impression is dry! Then the sweet aroma of rice, The sweet aroma of the rice, mixed with a clear ginjo aroma, gives it a soft and fluffy flavor. The umami flavor comes through slowly... It is getting rounder and rounder every day. Today is the fourth day of drinking. The presence of the rice is becoming clearer and clearer. It's a Kumamoto sake 🍶. I wonder if it goes well with horse sashimi? Even so I don't need rice to finish the meal 🍚. No pesticides, no herbicides From "living soil". It is a gentle, easy to drink sake 🤗. When I went to visit 5 years ago, I didn't drink any sake or alcohol yet I was just playing with Kumamon. I've grown up so much since then! Shochu & Sake 🍶 Horse Sashimi 🐴 Ramen 🍜. Speaking of Kumamoto, what else is there to do? I'd love to do an Otona Complete trip 😍.

Asanami, good evening 😀 There are many delicious foods such as Taipien, Ichimonji Guruguru, mustard lotus root, red beef, etc. You can also buy "Hana-no-Kou" only in Kumamoto 🍶.

I found a Kumamoto sake on sale at a local supermarket. I am going to open it today. I can't read this with just the kanji. Su-kun. Well, when you put it in your mouth, it is full of sweet aromatic ginjo aroma. Sashimi, isn't it? But tonight, it's keema curry. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice used: Gin-no-sato Alcohol content 16%. Rice polishing ratio 58 Sake degree -5

The last one is the unfiltered draft version (far right) of "Sung Kaoru"! It has a light, yet subtle grape-like aroma. The mouthfeel is as crisp as the previous one, but with the freshness and rounded sweetness of the unfiltered draft! The sake itself is smooth and silky, but since the alcohol content is 19°C, it is more umami-gaiety and heavy than the previous one 🧐. In the latter half, a bit of astringency comes out, and it finishes with a sweet, spicy, astringent taste with a bit of white wine-like flavor. Finally, we tasted the shochu recommended by the lady. It was fun to be reminded of the high level of shochu and sake in Kumamoto & I'm glad I came ✨.

Next is the middle "Sung Kaoru" standard type. It is THE dry sake with a crisp and dry mouthfeel! It is less distinctive than the previous "Chiyono-en," but on the contrary, I think it has good potential as a food sake! It has a smooth and clean aftertaste even though the alcohol content is 16°C, and you can't help but drink more ✨.

The aftertaste is quite refreshing, but it may be a little too dry to begin with. I think it's easy to drink, but I'd like to have more flavor.

The second Kumamoto expedition. I have had Zuitaka in the past, and I personally have a vague recollection of the taste, which I have not had much experience with. It is fresher than the previous brand due to the fact that it is a draft. It is a little bitter as I expected. It is perfect for spicy lotus root as a souvenir.
